My mother had a fall but had not told anyone and we live 70 miles away. I called the surgery to see if they would do a home visit, and within 30 minutes a doctor had called me to check the situation. Dr King visited her within the next hour and then called me to provide feedback, taking time out of a no doubt busy day to ensure that everyone was okay. He then followed up with arranging a nurse visit to change dressings. Excellent friendly service and fully recommended.

Regularly fail to arrange a repeat prescription within the time they state. Receptionists can be rather unhelpful. I have received excellent care form the nurses and some of the doctors but the surgery has made some serious errors.

Visiting my practice is like visit friends. ALL staff are friendly and seem pleased to see and help me. Very good discussion with the nurses and doctors. They have time to listen and advise. The adjoining Cohens pharmacy is also included in my remarks.
